Why I Build Sustainably

I'm interested in learning more about sustainable building techniques in the hope of finding a 'simpler' way of life which creates less of an impact on the environment, and is based more around community than consumerism. A place to simply just "Be".

Skills I would like to Work on or Share.

I can help with conversational English Language in exchange for help with other languages. I'm also looking to learn a bit more about Sound Baths/Therapy if you have any knowledge on that!

My Life Philosophy

I'm interested in life, consciousness and new experiences!

Building Styles I have Experience in

Reclaimed Materials
Stone/Flint walls
I don't have too much experience in any sustainable building stylesbut i am eager to learn and I'd love to meet more like-minded individuals. I spent a few months in India using traditional building materials to help build vermi-compost units for a rural community as part of an International Development project. I also helped a family in Spain clear some over-grown land to help convert it in to productive space for future fruit and veg growth. I was also shown the *very* basics of dry stone wall building there, and using lime/sand as filler...

My Occupation

I'm currently working as a Recovery Worker in a Rehab.
